The short version
The secret ending requires you to survive three nights in a row with a specific perk loadout, complete a hidden round in the second night, and pick a single dialogue option on the third night. It's not luck — it's setup.
Required perk loadout
By the end of night two you need: any perk that reveals the round rule (one slot), one damage-reducing perk (one slot), and the "Klubnika's Favour" perk that occasionally spawns in the shop after round five. Don't accept substitutes — only this combo unlocks the hidden round.
The hidden round in night two
On night two, after round four, refuse to advance. A prompt will appear offering an optional round — accept it. This round is unwinnable in the normal sense; you just need to survive 60 seconds with two players alive. Doing this is what unlocks the third-night dialogue option.
The third-night dialogue option
On night three, between rounds two and three, Klubnika offers a one-time choice. Pick the option labelled in-game as "Pull the lever yourself" — this is the only path. The standard "let it play out" option routes you to the normal ending.
What you get for your trouble
A new arena, a new minigame variant, and a cosmetic skin for the Reaktor-9 control panel. More importantly: the ending cinematic, which is the only one that closes Klubnika's arc.
