Machine Party ships with Steam Workshop integration on PC. Console mods are not officially supported; community tools exist but live outside the official path.
Categories of mods
The bulk of the scene is (1) more-players mods, (2) custom arenas and skins, (3) rule tweaks and balance mods, and (4) total-conversion joke mods. The more-players and arena mods are the most stable.
How to install
On Steam: subscribe to a Workshop item and it auto-installs. On other platforms: install the mod manually into the game's data directory, following the mod's readme.
Safety notes
Workshop items are scanned by Steam but not by humans. Read the comments, check the install count, and back up your save before installing anything that touches game files.
