Controller feel
DualSense on PS5 has the best haptics for the game: adaptive triggers fire on the action button and Player 1 haptics are accurate to the round. Xbox Wireless Controllers are slightly lower-latency on Xbox Series X but lack haptics parity. Steam Deck is competitive with Xbox on latency when using attached controllers.
Trophy / achievement progress
Achievement progress is per-account on every platform: your Steam achievements do not sync to PlayStation trophies or Xbox Gamerscore. If you play across platforms, you will need to re-earn achievements on each.
Cloud save and cross-buy
Steam Cloud saves work across your Steam devices. PS5 and Xbox have their own platform cloud saves. There is no cross-buy: buying on one platform does not unlock the others. Game Pass lapses: see the Game Pass page.
Performance tier
PS5 and Xbox Series X run the game at 60fps target with no drops in couch co-op. Xbox Series S holds 60fps in 2-player but may drop in 4-player split-screen. PC scales with hardware; the game is light enough that most PCs from the last eight years handle 4-player split-screen at 60fps.
